President
Jean-Paul is the guiding force behind our association. With years of experience in property management and community engagement, he leads the team with a focus on strategic planning, resident satisfaction, and community development.

Amélie Dupont

Vice President
Amélie oversees the association’s day-to-day operations and coordinates various resident activities. Her attention to detail and passion for creating an inclusive environment make her a key player in fostering a positive community spirit.

Pierre Lefevre

Treasurer
Pierre is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the association, ensuring transparency and efficiency in budgeting and resource allocation. He ensures that every decision is made in the best interest of the residents and the sustainability of the community.

Chloé Bernard

Secretary
Chloé handles all administrative matters, from organizing meetings and maintaining records to coordinating communication among the residents. Her organizational skills and approachable nature make her the go-to person for any resident inquiries.

Isabelle Martin

Property Manager
Isabelle is in charge of overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all common areas and facilities. She ensures that the residence remains a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for all residents.

Lucas Roux

Facilities Supervisor
Lucas is the go-to person for all technical and operational needs. From handling repair requests to supervising contractors, he ensures that all services run smoothly and efficiently.

Elodie Fontaine

Event Coordinator
Elodie brings energy and creativity to the community through various events and activities. From resident get-togethers to cultural evenings, she ensures there’s always something happening to keep the community connected.

Thomas Leroy

Security and Surveillance Manager
Thomas is responsible for overseeing the security systems and procedures to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all residents. He monitors surveillance and implements safety protocols to maintain a secure living environment.
